All discrepancy reports must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery confirmation.
Cancellation Protocol
Order cancellation requests are only processed prior to dispatch from our fulfillment center. Once a shipment has been initiated and a tracking identifier generated, the order is considered executed and cannot be rescinded.
