Peptides are provided in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form in sterile, sealed vials. Each vial typically contains a 3mg to 10mg dose of pure peptide, depending on the product.
All peptides are tested and verified to be ≥98% pure using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and Mass Spectrometry analysis. Independent lab results (COAs) are available upon request.
Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your product is damaged or incorrect, please contact support within 2 days of delivery.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders enter our fulfillment queue and cannot be changed. Contact support immediately if you need to make changes.
All products are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs to maintain stability. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short periods, but we take extra precautions to ensure product integrity during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
